Feeling very good....Thank you Helen. I have lost a stone and gone from size 18/20 to 14/16. Not had any hot flushes or mood swings for quite a few weeks now and my diverticular disease/ IBD is really settled. No more bloating or running to loo. Can't thank you enough Helen Hooper. This is no longer a diet but healthy eating way of life. I don't miss sugar, bread, diet coke or alcohol and really enjoy cooking wholesome food...I thought I would never manage without bread or coke lol. My fellas has lost weight too and enjoys the food....bonus. xx
