Miles run so far in training - 27.83

Rebounder in minutes so far - 42 mins


Good run this morning. Using the 4:1 jeffing that I started last week as that seems to work nicely for me. Can get a decent pace going knowing that there is a 1 minute walk break coming.


At the moment I don't know how I will keep that up for 100 miles, but that's the beauty of progressing, what feels impossible now will one day feel manageable - well that's what I keep telling myself anyway!!
