Miles run so far in training - 12.58

Rebounder in minutes so far - 22 mins



Easier day today with only one private client this afternoon, and a yoga class tonight. So, plenty of time for a decent length run.


Played around with 'jeffing', the run/walk method. To start with I ran and then walked the hills, and then on the way back I tried out 2 min run/1 min walk for size. Felt good, in that I could push the pace a little in the run section and then recover in the walk.


I have a 10k race with Zig Zag on Saturday so am thinking of trying out 4R/1W and see how that goes.


I'll let you know after the race!!
